He would be the perfect player to be our 1 up top with Rafa behind and Bale and Lennon crossing for him.

He wants to be loved by a team and their fans and he's certainly not feeling that at Chelsea anymore.

He has always said that he'd want to finish him career back at Marseille. I think he came into the game quite late, so should have 3 or so more seasons in him, 2 for us and 1 for Marseille seems fair!

Him and the kid at Anderlect, Lukaka, who is the new Drogba, would be great buys for this in the summer.

He isnt the same player. Not fit for a full season, 50 games in league and champions league.. I agree he is fantastic, at least was. But we need to find our own Drogba. We need to fins someone big, powerful, fast, aggressive and with a hunger to play and improve, not a player on the wane, looking a last payday. In a new look striker force including another younger star yes, but as our marquee striker signing I think we need to look elsewhere.
