Totally agree. This whole COVID makes players cheaper is only true if the club needs to sell because they are in financial trouble themselves. If, like Dortmund, they don’t have those problems then the price will be the same as it was prior to the virus.

Norwich are normally pretty good at making sure they use PL money to set themselves up for the future as well, so probably have no need to be taking reduced fees for players.
