Can't wait for this, love the masters. Backing Snedeker each way plus one other but can't make my mind up.

I'm thinking Jordan Spieth for this one.

Betfair offering 7 places for The Masters.

Would be silly to rule out Watson again, even if this guy doesn't win any of the other 3 I think he could win the Masters another 2/3 times, that course is set up for him, certain players look like they were born on the first tee, Bubba is one of them.

Love the Masters. For me it's the gateway to summer.

McIlroy, Speith, Watson, Johnson, Mickelson, Reed, Walker.

Not necessarily in that order.

Backed Billy Horschel last week. If he gets his putter going he will do well.

5ew at 66/1.

Was tempted by Reed, but didn't fancy him, and there wasn't enough value in Spieth, certainly after his last couple of tournaments, he should have won two of the last three but didn't. Leaves me to question his bottle under pressure.

Good start by Russell Henley - he could have a good tournament. Nice to see Rose making a good start too. Bit of a long way to go though!

Way too early to make any predictions, just hope the player you've backed doesn't majorly fuck up and Be in some sort of contention come the weekend.

Rose just loves this course.

Usually only for 3 rounds though...........

Always love the masters. I normally punt for Stenson each way but decided to do nothing and just enjoy. A lot going on with it this week.

Would like a European win naturally.

I'm tempted to throw my slip away already! Went each way on Snedeker, started well but 3 over now. Really hope Koepka goes backwards, I was in betfred yesterday and was told to back him each way at 90/1!!

Speith playing well but like a few others on here, thought he was a little short in the betting market. Hindsight.

Wow, Spieth 7 under through 13 holes. Greg Norman holds the record for lowest first round, 63. 2 more birdies and par in to tie that, 3 more to beat it.

Why interrupt the last two three balls to listen to interviews?
Can't they wait 15 minutes?

Ah...that may be the problem.

Obviously loads of time to go but I'd like to see Spieth drop a couple of shots just to narrow that gap.

4 shot lead at the moment, and weather supposed to be worsening through the day, and he's not a young man who lacks confidence. It will be interesting, but he's in a good position.

Indeed, it's how such a young player with a decent lead handles the pressure of day 3.
Having said all that apart from Spieth and Day I don't see anybody making a move, -11 now though, pretty impressive stuff.
