Much better ball retention skills than both Dele and Lucas. 13 assists in 17 matches in the Eredivisie this season. Also a threat from the distance.

No thank you ?

Not going to happen because of priorities, imo.

We keep hearing about other priorities yet we’ve only been linked to 1 player and he’s a CB with an extortionate fee. Eze not a priority, Bowen not a priority, Ziyech not a priority. As much as we need upgrades at CB they’re not a priority... RB, DM and LB are. As is a striker given Kane’s injury. Son was completely non effect yesterday against 2 centre backs comprising of an average youngster and a central midfielder filling in at centre back.

If we are buying anyone it won't be an attacker for +40m.

Would be deadly cutting in from the right and add some much needed speed and playmaking ability.

I absolutely think our attack needs some increased firepower and another player who is technically gifted would be a huge boon.

Size is a bit of a concern, but seems like a Mahrez type player to me. He certainly shredded us and has done it to other big teams in the CL.

We’ve reportedly made bids Eze and Bowen whom look like going elsewhere... our combined offers comes to roughly Ziyech’s asking price. 2 kids, 1 more promising than the other or a ready made quality player. At circa £40m we should be moving heaven and Earth for him.

Have wanted Ziyech for 3 years now. To me he's like Mahrez with the huge added benefit that he puts in a defensive shift and grafts for 90+.

Not happening. Maybe in the summer.

Would be a good but but I would rather Timo Werner right now as he could play RWF and also cover Kane. Contract expires in the summer too.

heard Arsenal very keen, and I don't blame him, superb player and we need to sign him now before he goes to one of Europe's superclubs

Same here wanted him for so long, I can't believe we're not that interested at that quoted price. .

It really seems like a no brainer with what we currently have. He's miles better than Lucas/Lamela.

Got no idea at all where he'd fit in there. They won't give him Pepe's place for sure. Might work if Aubamayang buggers off I suppose.

Agree - I was thinking exactly the same. I’m not optimistic about us signing him as he’s not a necessity right now, but wow would he improve us from an attacking threat perspective. I’d prefer him to Dybala from what I’ve seen of them both - he’s a constant threat and works his nuts off
