Davies isn't is he? I thought it got stupid where he counted for some competitions but not others.

I think welsh players should be considered home grown as their professional clubs all play on the English league system

We're also looking at Austin or Whitemans' inclusion along with Cirkin for next season. I think the problem is overblown - with the U21 players making up the rest of the squad - it's all fine.

However, wouldn't hurt to bring in English talents such as a Brooks, a Watkins or an Eze.

Thought David Brooks was Welsh, so would run into the same non-HG issues as Ben Davies?

No issue with Brooks.
It's not that he is Welsh, it's where the registration was held. Brooks started at Man City as a youngster, so has always been registered under the English FA.
