Our Injury list is really getting ridiculous... I think some serious changes are needed with our physio staff.

Feel for Hudd but as lwc says there should be ample cover.

Put me down for a JJ odd back too

Fair play to lad who called it last wk.

If jenas wants a chance here it is, hope he takes it

sad but we've large squad, since Redknapp took over, there are a lot of players benfites from XI starts to go strength to the team, and we can see the first one who started this Huddlestone, who took over CM position from JJ at the start of last season ( as JJ-WP were prefered to him and Zokora in season 08-09 ) .. then we saw Bale take over Bale for some time before Redknapp swithcing him to LM, same to Pavluchenko with Defoe, and recently Hutton for Corluka ..

the stabilitiy in the team ( as Harry don't like to change that much ) helped the team a lot.

what i hope, no more JJ-Modric partnershup .. and i guess we will see more of Bale back at LB and Modric on left, WP-JJ again as they were so good in 2nd half of 08-09.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Have always been a bit indifferent to Hudd in the past, but he has come on and he suits on system and helps to make things tick.

I think Palacios should be given another try for now, I fele Sandro would be the best suited, but he's not ready to throw in full-time and needs to be blooded properly without ruining him.

Jenas can also cover, although I feel he's better with Palacios alongside him rather then Modric.

Pretty terrible news, but Modric, Sandro, Palacios, and Jenas should be able to get the job done. I think Modric + Sandro will be the best long-term pairing out the options left, but plenty of games for Jenas and Palacios as well (inc. the champion's league, obviously).

Really hope that Lennon will be back soon.

Good call from jermain18 for being spot on with this news.

Yep it's bad but we have good cover for him, just not sure we got someone who can boss the midfield like he can? As others have been saying, it's time for palacios and jenas to step up and be counted now! Sandro is not used to the speed of the prem yet but maybe good in the near future so I think the only one to have come off the bench and put q decent performance in is jenas. I think with a 4-5-1 we can accommodate jenas but with a 4-4-2 we might fair better with palacios as a midfield anchor! Only thing with palacios at the mo is he is a bit out of form so hopefully he can find some if he gets a few games under his belt.

So already this season we've had long term injuries to Huddlestone, Dawson and Defoe, while Lennon and Modric have had niggling situations and Kings situation is worsening. Superb!

Stephen King couldn't write such horror!

I just hope Harry doesn't decide we need more cover in January and goes and spunks £10m on Scott Parker.
