Chicken or egg I suppose, are we also so laboured because our players can’t get to the fitness levels they once could?

Not a bad shout there. Perhaps now that we have a bigger squad the management are being more cautious with the likes of Dier and Dele. Lamela was given a lot of time to recover so perhaps that is what we are doing with these still young players who have played a so much high intensity football. Perhaps long lay offs might also benefit the likes of Wanyama if we keep him

Dier, Foyth, KWP, Sessegnon and Ndombele in full training

Only Sanchez and Lo Celso are out.

We're cursed blah blah

Is great news, such a shame Lo Celso is out for the chunk of matches that he will be but we should have the players available to be playing miles better than we've currently shown this season at least so no excuses despite the disappointment of Lo Celso's injury.

Given Lo Celso has been doing on-field rehab for a couple of weeks, does that suggest he is ahead of schedule on his comeback?

I always thought ‘on-field rehab’ was the stage after ‘rehab’ and the stage before ‘re-joining first team training’ going by previous official injury updates from the club?

I think it's light training.
