Hope we finish this season strong and then avb gets some players that we wants because our squad definitely needs investment starting with a new right back, I can't believe how bad his positioning is and how much spaces he seems to give.
We also need a couple of centre mids. Dembele and Sandro is a good partnership but we need competition in that area.
Oh and thank fuck that bale is fit for the quarters.

Maybe, but there were a couple of things he did, like pass the ball straight out on the half way line that really annoyed me and probably why i thought he was so bad.
I think defoe put a cross in and laid it off to siggy, so by his standards i think that was a massive improvement.
Anyway we won, so atleast we can look forward to the draw tomorrow!

We'd never re-spend the full fee, but we would most likely get in a couple of shit hot 15-20m early 20's players along the likes of Vertonghen, Dembele, Modric et al.
Agree though, he ain't going anywhere if we get top 4

Livermore, Gallas and Naughton clearly aren't good enough and Friedel really doesn't suit our current system.
Really worried about the mental and physical effect on the players now - not to hopeful about Sundays game...

Dembele: Still our best player, even when he's probably concussed. Bless him.
Same as last year really. Unnecessary fouls just outside our box, taking bad positions, can't shoot or get into a decent position.....I'll stop here.

The only good thing is most people will just see the score and really understand how close It was and how badly we played.
Sorry, you may be right, but I'm still waiting for my Berbatov replacement, as well as my Modric and Ven der Vaart replacements.......
