Issues with renewing One Hotspur membership

Hi There,
Has anyone else had issues trying to renew their One Hotspur or One Hotspur plus membership today ? Emails were sent by the club inviting you to renew online. When I attempted to renew I kept getting an error message that directed me to return to the homepage. I've contacted the club by email, as there wasn't an option to speak to the club by phone about this and I've had no response so far.

I suspect it's an IT glitch that will hopefully be fixed, I just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced the same problem.

I got to the payment page to renew the one hotspur membership and the card wasnt verifying. Didnt want to call the bank to try push it through. I’ll try again in another week or so.

Exactly this....and no response ...it was when I selected direct debit it fell over...strange they are usually so efficient (not!)

Same here, I tried to use the link in the email but it kept sending me back to the home page. Tried the phone but gave up after 35 minutes of being on hold. Now don't get me wrong I love the Tottenham Hotspur song but 35 minutes of it was my limit. ???

Does it not renew automatically? Think the club only emails you to make you aware that its renewal time, basically to give you the option to cancel....

Mines's on direct debit, and my reminder email specifically told me that I didn't have to do anything. But I'll still keep an eye out to make sure they take the money. We've got a loverlly new stadium, but our website and back office stuff has always been rubbish, so I'm making no assumptions there.

I've had the exact same problem. Takes me to the basket but will not proceed to payment. I noticed that it says I have '1677' minutes to complete the booking , which I suspect is some sort of glitch and therefore it won't proceed.

Tried phoning - option 1 just cut me off, option 2 on hold forever. I've pinged off an email as well .

As I type, just had a reply via email...

"Morning, we made some updates to accounts yesterday - can you please try again if you haven't done so already and let us know if it isn't working as it should.

Thank you for your patience, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I have mine set up with Direct debit so it’s done automatically, never had any issues

Mine is D/D so done automatically, thankfully. Moved up about 4,000 places on the ST waiting list. At this rate, I should have my ST round about 2027! :ROFLMAO:

I’m hopeful that the IT stuff will be sorted soon. World-class facilities need world-class backend facilities.

The website could do with a revamp too. I know they’ve only done so recently, but it needs work.
