The only reason why I think this is even slightly believable be because someone on twitter was talking with JJ and brought up our lack of characters and leaders in the squad and JJ said "will be rectified this summer ;o)" and O'Shea fits the kind of leadership/experience role. Doesn't seem like a Pochettino signing though.

The article says he'd be seen as somebody who could go straight into the team as well. I can rationalise just about any transfer either economically or as back-up or whatever but this makes less than no sense.
