Removed from squad list for tomorrow night's game (very strange typing that after we only bloody played last night)
Gazza removed as well so maybe some movement finally

Do any of these teams in Spain that Foyth is being touted around to have any strikers or CBs of note?

That’s probably to accommodate Bale and Regullion in the squad

the signing of Juan Foyth one step away

If so it's a good move for him. Sale isn't preferable to me, but it allows badly needed funds to free up as well as a non HG space. His technical ability will be able to shine in La Liga, and he won't have to come up against monstrous physical strikers.

Based on the stats in Spain, I don't think they have any CBs of note, which makes most of the Strikers inaccurately look like they are of note.

He was good to watch on the ball but had a lot of mistakes in him. You're willing to accept that from young players but I just never got the sense he had the physical capabilities to be a success at the top level at centre-back.

If we'd been able to turn him into a holding midfielder I'd probably feel completely different about him.

Any idea of the fee?
