4 away games in 7 days looks fun.

Sept 13: Everton (H)
Sept 17: Loko Plovdiv (A, UEL)
Sept 20: Southampton (A)
Sept 22: Leyton Orient or Plymouth (A, EFL)
Sept 24: Botosani or Shkendija (A, UEL)
Sept 27: Newcastle (H)
Sept 29: EFL Cup R3
Oct 1: Europa League PO
Oct 3: Man Utd (A)

I would love to have gone to some of the EL games, cant beat a visit to Eastern Europe.

I suspect we will field a team in the EFL game that closely resembled the team that played Watford yesterday. We massively need a new striker in before that week though or we won't get through the tie.

Just play Kane and Son in Europa and Premier League, but adapt and rotate the rest of the side accordingly for the league cup. They’re not so brittle that they can’t handle two consecutive weeks of Thursday Sunday Thursday Sunday.

All this talk about buying a striker

he won’t just come in and be up to speed with the interaction with his teammates- not ideal but we should have got one weeks ago

He's not, but he should be good enough to make an impact against Leyton Orient or Plymouth Argyle regardless.

Hope we don’t get Plymouth. That’s an absolute ball ache to get to. A quick trip to Orient would be ideal. We’ve been very unlucky with draws so far.

I assume Kane wouldn't play against orient anyway, but does anyone know if there are any rules preventing him for playing against Orient as he's their current shirt sponsor? It's a charity thing so I guess there wouldn't be any conflict of interest?

Latest on EFL Cup matches from sky sports. Sky will show 4 games from rounds 2 3 and 4. All other games will be streamed. Doesn’t say whether on club websites or sky. At least we will see it.

Will wait and see how they're streaming these. If it's basically via iFollow, bare in mind that they're notoriously shit - buffering, laggy streams, even manage on occasion to put the wrong commentary or no commentary at all on games etc.

Great result for Orient. Such a shame there's no fans for this. I'm sure our fans would have sung a few songs for Justin Edinburgh.
