I still think they are going down.

Could certainly be.

Assuming (and that's a big assumption) they get nothing against Utd, their match tomorrow is the biggest they've played in for years.

That said, we still need Bournemouth or Villa to get at least a point in their next round of fixtures, considering their goa difference is worse than WH.

I think they are safe now, both bournemouth and villa have to get 4 points due to the goal difference.
Bournemouth have Southampton and Everton, where as Villa have Arsenal and West Ham to play.

We have a goal difference of 10 between Bournemouth , and 12 behind Villa.

I'm now resigned to them staying up... I'm blaming Chelsea for it. :-(

Spammers have Watford, UTD and then Villa? If they lose to Watford and UTD that final game will be MASSIVE, keep the faith!

Cheers, bit more optmistic now.

I didn't see they had played one less, now that we can't catch Man U hope they stuff them 4 or 5 nil. :)

I could actually see Watford winning tonight and saving themselves.

However I just cant see Villa and particularly Bournemouth picking up points when the pressure is on. Both clubs seem to have eased up and are playing better football recently, probably due to being resigned to relegation. Now they could be in with a shot at survival I think they'll both fluff it.

There should be a rule in place for tonight that if the game ends in a draw both Watford and West Ham get relegated.

Didn't know where to put this but Ornstein reckons Spam or Palace for Eze. £20m

I guess our priorities have changed.
I believe we will view the situation on numerous players and keep tabs on them. This is part of the reason why many deals get done late. Eze is an option but if buying him meant there was no room for a better player who became available later then this wouldn't be good business.

Thing is with Eze is he has a lot of potential but we NEED a right back, defensive midfielder and centre forward at the very least.

And if signing him meant no funds for one of those then it would be quite frankly daft.

A shame as he has talent but we need to ensure funds are used for urgent areas first and if maybe we manage to shift a squad player for good money that gives us some extra cash by all means go in for him (although after adore mentioned positions above a left back and centre back would be jolly nice as well!).
