Roy Keane would walk out the door in a few days or weeks. He has contempt for some of the current team and their attitude.

There's a huge amount of support gathering for him to be a pundit on Sky after his recent scathing appraisals of the United team. I'd love to see him and Carragher go head to head....

Roy Keane's crap imo. He just moans all the time about anything he possibly can, it was great the other day because he had a point but a lot of the time he's a pundit I just think get a grip it can't be 1994 all the time

I love his honesty. No bullshit media friendly chat, just says it how it is.

He's also largely complimentary towards us, apart from with Lloris, but he admits himself that he's always got an issue with goalkeepers.

Him or Carragher = no contest.

David Moyes contract runs it in a few months. They should give him an extension.

.....then when they come knocking Poch can turn round and say "Why would I possibly want to come to you when I have built all this ?"[/QUOTE]

Good observation. Utd has been a poisoned chalice since Fergy left. I think he is wise enough to have spotted this. If he ever goes, I think it will be to Spain.

It's almost a perfect time to take over at United. Expectations are low, they're still loaded and desperate enough to back the manager in the transfer market and a few decent upgrades in key positions will see them improve considerably. I can't see them getting rid of a club legend over the summer though. Saying that I wouldn't put money on him being there at the end of the season.

This has got to be a wind up?

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/f...rame-Manchester-United-sporting-director.html

Woodward has identified Ferdinand as a strong candidate given his United history and subsequent business experience, which includes a clothing company and restaurant.

Fucking hysterical. The guy can hardly string a sentence together. He's out of his depth as a pundit, let alone as a DOF.

As each day passes, you have to think Woodward is absolutely fucking clueless. No idea why they didn't even go for Toby last summer, thank fuck they didn't of course. Then, no idea why they didn't go all out for Poch. Thank fuck they didn't.

They are a shambles.

He's inexperienced but Rio's no fool IMO. They could likely do a lot worse

He's stupid enough to....:X3: and appear surprised when he opens the letter he wrote to himself advising of it. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Not sure about that. By all accounts he's done an exceptional job at the commercial side of things, he's just not good at the footballing bit. Not sure I'd call him stupid, just unsuited to his current role. Needs to delegate and take a step back IMO. Whether or not Rio is a good idea is another matter though
