We did ok, Poch should have took Eriksen off for Ndombele and moved Sissoko to the right leaving Winks and Tungay in the middle.

Eriksen was diabolical, shit going backwards and forwards. His selection is baffling, must have had a good time at the dinner they had in the week.

However there is no room for sentiment.

Poor team selection, poor tactics, sloppy errors and substitutions too late to make any real difference.

We could all have called this three hours ago. So could Liverpool. Apparently so could everyone except Pochettino.
That's the bloody worrying thing and yet there also seems to be far too many of our fans willing to give him an infinite amount of time :banghead: :banghead:

Poch set us up defensively and it worked out well when we scored early but when the tide changed he couldn't react quick enough. If he would have pushed NDombele more forward and got Lo Celso on earlier maybe we would have put pressure on Liverpool more than we did in the second

That was a horrible watch. We were always going to lose that one. Wave after wave of attack with no response.

2 goals conceded down to Pochs shit starting line up

That line up had us 1-0 at HT. BUT he should have seen the warning signs and made the necessary changes to beef up the midfield and attack. Eriksen was a passenger. A couple of changes at HT and this could have been a totally different result.

There's no positives to take from that other than Ndombele should start.

We are relying solely on individual brilliance because whatever fucking tactics we work on with and without the ball is a mess.

I’ve seen more from lo Celso in 5 minute cameos than Eriksen in 90mins so far this season
This guy has to start

That’s a positive and you‘d hope once he’s fully fit he’ll push his way in then we don’t have to put up with Eriksen anymore, who has had more than enough opportunities this season.

The thought of N’Dombele and Lo Celso in a 4-2-3-1 (not a smelly diamond) is a tasty one.

Anyone defending Eriksen today is fucking bat shit crazy - you carry a guy who does the square route of fuck all and you're just going to be like a chain on a bike with a kink in it - forget it.

Poch is self sabotaging no one is this fucking clueless after the performance they turned in on Tuesday.

I am sick to the back teeth of seeing players trot out there and do fuck all, we carried more than one player today.

Words just don't do justice to how fucking pissed off I am. Think I need a time out from football.

You're currently getting a time out from football with the way we're playing. ;)

I wonder how Winks would be perceived if he was a 23 year old French midfielder.

Definitely gets off the hook more due to being 'one of our own'.

Absolutely bang average in most games - not even sure what he is.

According to the Winks player thread he's the english Xaví.

Why on earth, genuinely. Does Poch persist with Aurier and Rose? They let us down every single week. It sends out a terrible signal when players aren't being taken to task for consistently shit performances. That's the main stick you've got to beat Poch with.

Side note, why do we bother with team news? There's always an injury on a Friday after its announced. Why are they doing anything physical at all the day before a game? Lamela Injured yesterday at training? Fucking hell.

It's the hope that gets you. Always

4-1 at half time would have been fair on lfc. They dominated us. Came out second half and nothing changed. Waste of time.

I know. I just didn't want to go 100% negative this time...
Its staring us in face ,this group of players are being mismanaged on a scandelous level, the talent we had on the bench was ridiculous , everyone could see eriksen couldn't handle the position he was asked to play ,so why fucking play him there ,we notably went up a level when big tanguy came on , why didn't he start, I've had enough of poch....

As fucking ridiculous as Aurier is, if Mane was taking a shot and Aurier runs across him so he hits his calf instead, its Mane who gets a pen.

Surely the playing in possession is fouled when two players legs collide like that.
But Aurier is the one kicking, therefore he gets penalised
