I would rather lose to Arsenal and win against Chelsea and West Ham. That way we would still be in contention.

But turn it another way. If we were to lose to all three, which one would hurt most? For me it would be West Ham.

6 from 9 would be pretty epic so in that respect it doesn't really matter.

It would be very spursy to beat arsenal and then lose the next fixture tbf and I think that combo would be more damaging that losing to Arsenal and then"bouncing back" to beat the others.

What are you?

Arsenal are still my most hated game of the season. Get claustrophobic and hate every second even if winning. The only time i can relax is when it's over. If we've won i am on cloud 9.

I would say let's win the first two, (Scum & Wet Spam) and with confidence sky high let's see what happens against Chelski.

So if I had to vote it would Be Chelski.

watching that lot last night, in the second half despite being 4-1 down they looked the better team, some quick one touch stuff which would cut through most defences, they will be hard to beat on sunday as they will want to bounce back.

beating the pikey's and chavs at this stage would i think would be better for us in terms of what it would mean to the league position - of course defeat to the Woolwich wanderers would be hardest to take especially as all my fam and friends are 'supporters' of the south london club.

on this occasion for the sake of the bigger picture i would take a loss on sunday followed by 2 victories thereafter.

A great quandry of life. Very difficult to choose. ive gone Chelsea. But could easily have gone with any of them. I dont know enough Chelsea fans to be affected by them.

It is a historical rivalry, but perhaps you're too young to remember the days when fans of both clubs would go to watch the other when their team was playing away. For a day out, get away from the missus etc. Until relatively recently it's been quite a parochial rivalry really.
My grandfather went to Spurs & Arsenal from the 40's till mid 70's & says it was very common & that it was the early 80's it got properly tribal between the 2

The older generation here will confirm?

I think a lot of this is to do with where you live etc aswell.

I live in Islington. When the scum win, the streets are full of them in their disgusting red and white shirts, walking around as if they owned the fucking place. It's quite incredible how much I hate the bastards.:arghh::yuck::poop:

Yep you are spot on. It's so hard to watch an NLD. Even in the 5-1 I still thought we would balls it up. You either need to be in good company or no company at all. Or be absolutely shit faced.

Generally I am a nervous watcher of our games anyway but when we play them it gets ten times worse. Shakes, nails all bitten. It's horrible.
