1st game of the season, he looked very well but there have been players who shined in game one and fell off immediately after, i don't think it’s the case with Rodri but one can dream

Hopefully without Trippier playing, we may actually be able to get through 90 minutes without gifting them a goal.

Last season we lost 1 nil at home precisely because of Trippier’s fuck up.

In the away game we played well, but weren’t clinical enough. We do usually match up to City pretty well.

We still have Lloris. So hope he has a good game today.

I expect another tight game. We have to keep their MF quiet and stop De Bruyne slipping balls through for Sterling. Big game for Kyle. As long as Poch doesn’t go with the diamond or that suicidal high press he tried last season, we should be fine. Agree, but I think we'll be getting the diamond whether we like it or not. If we do, we need the 2 in MF to keep a bit wider than of late otherwise the flanks will be vulnerable. Really glad Sane is out. Also need Ndombele to bring his CL form with him.
