Yeh this basically.

Portuguese = "Jho" (is a mix in English between the "j" and the "sh" sounds for the first bit and then "o" like you would say at the start of the word orange) and then "Ze" (basically how you would say the first bit of the word "zen").

So "Jho-Ze"

The gaff's Instagram account is hilarious. Give him a follow if you haven't already.

Judging off the quality of his pictures / videos he 100% manages it himself.

Interestingly when Jose was at Chelsea 2nd time and did a mini re-build and then won them the title 2nd season he signed an awful lot of wingers/AM's as his most expensive signings:

Willian, Pedro, Quadrado, Salah, Schrulle. I know we have Lucas, Son, Bergweign, Lamela, Lo Celso and Dele but it wouldn't suprise me if another top quality winger/AM is on Jose's wish list this summer.

As i've said before his key 4 signings to turn them into title winners again were:
Courtious - GK
Matic - DM
Fabregas - CM
Costa - ST

Whilst we won't sign those level of players its interesting that we might be getting PEH over the line early on, perhaps our 4-5 areas he will look to improve on are:
RB
DM
CM
AM
ST

If we can be clever and astute and clinical in our business this summer we could be quite strong next season, that is another reason why I personally think if Ndombele really just isn't happy here and its not worked out then it would be best if we cut our losses very early on this summer, use that money to re-strengthern in the key areas needed early doors, in theory it would help us get deals done earlier and faster by using the Ndombele money *if of course PSG or Inter etc are willing to sign him.

If he can come good and is happy to stay and can be relied upon next season then great as we won't need to sign a CM so just really 4 key players needed as immediate priorities but it will inevitably take much longer as we'll have to sell all of the likes of : Rose, KWP, CCV, Foyth, Lamela? to try and raise a bit of cash first.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic:

"You want to be a Winner everywhere you go?, then meet with the best manager in the world Jose Mourinho. He is a type of Manager that fears not, He is more like Zlatan. He does not fear the Club Boss, the Players, The Journalists.

"The only thing He fears is to not deliver a Trophy for his Club. I won with him at Inter Milan, and when I was in PSG he gave me a call and said " don't you want to come over here at Manchester United, it's my first season here and everyone looks strange, the kit, the badge looks strange so if you come over we will help them win a Cup or two, your presence will give these
players a big lift".

"I said why not. When I get there It was a very young team that plays Europa League. I told them we are going to win, because Trophies respects Zlatan and Jose Mourinho. We won three or two Trophies that year and qualified for
Champions League.

"Jose and myself left the Club and they went back on winning nothing. So you must look out for Tottenham next season as Jose will start his first full season with them. "

Such people in life are so detestable, you know when you see one. They are rich, they are braggy, they are pricks. But when you see how much they tend to achieve in life, there is also no way you cannot respect them. And we clearly lack such people and mentality in our club.

I really hope the club, the entire club, has the fire in their bellies to go on and strive for reaching the final prize(s) with Mourinho in helm from the start of the season proper...

For a 38 y/o, his stats were pretty good for Milan last season.

18 league appearances and 10 goals.

Sign him up lol
It's not just his stats, AC Milan was a better team with him on the pitch beacuse they seemed to believe in themselves. Zlatan is a winner and it seemed to spread to the rest of the squad looking at the way AC Milan ended their season.

for me... this transfer window is gonna be nervey. i am seeing what Jose is doing, he is building the squad the way he does countless times, the kind of team that is able to win those big matches that counts.

goodbye attacking full-backs, i kinda expected Rose, KWP and Serge to leave, Davis is the only DLC we have and that's the kind we always see in his teams. i am wondering if he will convert Foyth or Tanganga to RB, making him a DRC. But that's his full-back preference, yes they do go forward, but their main job is to defend.

my main issue and i don't think it has really come out as of yet is that I don't really see a place for Alli in our team. he tends to be more of an attacking midfielder, playing behind Kane, but it seems we are looking at a 4-3-3 Alli doesn't fix in a 4-3-3. so i wonder if Jose will convert him to either a more defensive role, deep-lying playmaker role, or a wide attacker.

fingers crossed that we get the players he needs.

i really think we will do more than top 4 this season, hopefully, some luck with draws for cup games, i think if we can get to the business end of any of the 3 tournaments this season, we might have something to remember 20/21 by.

i am pretty sure i am gonna get quite a few disagrees for this post. but... oh well... my opinion. lol!

Anywho....

I like Jose,I always have for some reason. When watching us after the restart I wasn’t happy about football coming back in general and didn’t want to watch us. But I did and I found us boring to watch. But looking back after a while I think that I was just bored with football even though we weren’t playing attractive free flowing football. What I will say is that he seems to be making the right moves in balancing the squad and being realistic about targets which in turn will put the emphasis on levy to get the players he wants in. Looking forward to the new season now, i really think we could win a cup which would be fantastic as it seems like a lifetime ago since we last picked up a trophy apart from a preseason one! Guys a winner and I’m glad he’s here! That just my opinion on it, which really doesn’t mean anything but I thought I’d throw it in here as everyone will have one. Coys

Came across a Jan 2019 Mourinho interview today. While I remember seeing this then...rewatching it now (knowing is he is now the Spurs manager), gives a fascinating perspective in hindsight .
