Come on, how long is this gonna go on for?

This is just nonsense shit throwing at Mourinho for yet another forced narrative just because people don't like him, yes he has called out players in the past in public IMO for the wrong reasons and he has thrown players under the bus again for all the wrong reasons but he's he right about Ndombele, if he's not getting a tune out of him behind closed doors then what is he meant to do?
Not use an approach that is ineffective. Leaders should not resort to these desperate measures - they aren’t exasperated parents.

This type of approach almost never works and the top managers today do not resort to it.

So we're gonna let our £60m investment sit there and play happy families and have an easy ride? If last week's efforts didn't shake him up enough to be embarrassed and change his attitude on the pitch then calling him out in public sure isn't going to do any harm, I mean i literally do not think that there is anything else left to get in his head...unless we just want him to sit on the bench then eventually sell him to someone else?

As in look at all circumstances, offer some patience and seeing where we are in a realistic timeframe with the correct armoury

this site has become the same posters spouting the same anti mourinho bollocks in every single thread
Irrespective of who our manager is, few are accepting this turgid, insipid dross week after week.

In general, if we look beyond comments about one player, Mourinho thinks his problem mainly is lots of fatigue in the squad. Now, you may say that is smoke screen, deflection, a narrative, or out of convenience. I'm not going to stand on the barricades and say that's wrong. But maybe, just maybe, there are redeeming circumstances that means just due to benefit of doubt we should try our best to support team and manager. Roll on Champions League and let's hope for a miracle, no matter which camp each of us is in.

I'm emphasizing the point to those who wish to be his apologists, at the end of the day he cost a lot of money, it's not his fault but with that price expectations are massive and if you can't be arsed to at least fucking run then you take everything into perspective like his price tag and realise he's not doing enough, no where near.

I'm not hearing any other argument for any of our other players in terms of under performing because all of our other players are putting in the basic requirement of playing football and that's hard work.
No need to emphasise the point - Expectations should always be tempered, regardless of price tag and no one is being his apologist, just merely clarifying points about why it was wrong to call him out like that publicly! I agree that he hasn't done enough, just like I would agree that so many others haven't done enough, but sod that, let's just call out N'Dombele cause Jose makes a case for it. Talking of apologists, there are more than enough Jose apologists, but sod that the guy is on £15m a year, the second most expensive manager in the prem - why the fuck isn't he performing to the level of Klopp who is on half of what he gets!? Why can't he get an effective 5 man defence to stop leaking goals, why isn't he making the team play better?

With regards to others who are underperforming then they should be getting plenty of criticism, putting in a basic requirement isn't anywhere enough - too many players like Alli getting a free ride cause they fulfil the basic requirement is utter tosh. Not once has JM pulled Alli up for his lacklustre performances.

Some people just can’t resist digging out Jose, and normally the same posters. I would understand if this was next season. Regarding TN, you don’t know what rockets, and how many Jose has given privately, and as a group. A player who played under him for few seasons, said he always tells you he will always back you publicly, if he sees you will leave everything on the pitch, and fight for your friends. If he does not see that he for-warns you that if you fail to show, he will publicly let it be known.

And I think he has earned the right to manage the way he does with all the success he achieved over the past 20 years. Now if next season the same as now, then I will join the brigade knocking him. Time to support him, rather some very sad people who are meant to be fans of ‘our’ great club, wanting him sacked.
