As for Mourinho, yes poor but come on. The guy has been here what 2 weeks, during that time we've had 4 matches. Most of that likely just recovery time rather than too much work on the training ground.

The reality is you can't judge any coach properly until they've had a couple of transfer windows and a pre-season to work with the players.

Totally agree.

Shock Horror Poch wasn’t the only issue with the club right now.
Absolutely and people knew that the last few matches was masking the ongoing issues. This is going to be a long haul.

Let's call it for what it is, historically we've always been shit at OT,Jose is still finding out about our squad and we've been getting away with it to a degree and tonight we were found out .Kane was stinking tonight as he often is at OT as was Son ,we didn't deserve anything from the game but they won the game from a piece of bad goalkeeping and a dubious pen (I still don't think it was a pen ,despite what VAR said) HopefullyJose got his eyes opened tonight.

Thought Ndombele made a difference. Take fucking note Jose! Just shit from start to finish though. Did Kane even have a shot?

Eriksen was better than Ndombele today imo. Ndombele has been pretty rubbish for us barring a few good CL games TBH. Looks clumsy, unfit and way off the pace of premiership football ATM. He has potential no doubt but I can totally get why Pochettino and now Mourinho don’t trust him to start most games at this point

Fucking hell, that was fucking awful.

Cant believe we played one of the worst Utd sides for years, like they were fucking Brazil. We just sat off for most of the game, and just let em fucking play, incredible. We had an extra bloody day as well, and got totally out run.
We gifted both goals. Jose has got some job with them defensively, can't trust any of em.

One bit of quality all night, and we scored from it. Was a great goal from Dele. But fuck all else, shocking.

Basically a 442. Cant believe that shitty United midfield bossed us tonight.

But then, they totally outnumbered us :banghead:

Yep, as always. Still Alli is compared to Lampard. Sickening really.

Winks, Sissoko, Alli - while we have Eriksen, Ndombele and Lo Celso on the bench.

The defensive part of the team, you know, the lot that stand around in front of the goalkeeper and are supposed to win the ball and then pass it to one of their own players are a comedy act. Sanchez, Aurier, Winks, Sissoko are a laugh a minute. Then there's the fat guy, Ndombele, and the other fella, Eriksen, dear oh dear! And now there's a rumour we will sell Eriksen in the January window - fat chance, who would want to pay money for him? We made Man Utd look good tonight, bloody abysmal performance..

On the plus side. Jose will quickly learn that relying on the established players won’t get him very far. Poch persisted with them and unless he spiced things up, nothing will improve medium term.

I did call it before the game that they’d outnumber us in midfield.

The thing is, they were always going to raise themselves for Mourinho’s return.

Look. There is a lot of knocking of sissoko and it was a sloppy challenge for the penalty BUT

he had to cover Aurier all night. Countless times aurier was out of position and caught on no mans land and United were getting behind him all night long.
At least sissoko worked hard all night. No one else did.

I agree - he put the effort in but can only be on the right - toolimited.

Not his fault but what a stupid stupid tackle regardless

Whatever happened to giving a manager a bit of patience? A couple of games these days and people are being judgmental. Of course, if he makes a mistake he deserves criticism but I seriously know that people will be talking about who our next manager will be if we have two or three bad results.

But, but, but. Jose is a born winner (copywright numerous people on here).

it won’t be a popular opinion on here, but hose is a busted flush. He’s out sold Levy. Levy’s had a hard on for him for ages, and hose has just ridden him like seabiscuit.
