Fucking typical, we go 4-1 up at half time at old Trafford then Villa steal our thunder ? Loving this weekend

Impressive performance. Impressive and entertaining. Many Spurs teams of old would have still given up chances and even goals when playing against ten men. The second half was also instructive. There's a structure emerging that's easy on the eye when we at it, we killed the game, didn't bust a gut and just quietly went about the business of winning the match by taking our chances when they came, they never got a sniff. United obviously have problems but that's for them to worry about, all we can do is exactly what we did.

I know there's a fair few on here who aren't his biggest fans, one of the biggest criticisms being the boring style he brings to the team. The last few games it's got better and better and we're starting to look like there's a very good team in there, we look like a Spurs team. The players aren't being stifled, we're attacking, scoring goals and looking good while doing it. If we can do that consistently then we might have a very good season.

Anyway, can we put that Mourinho only plays boring football horseshit to bed now?
It's almost starting to look like maybe Jose wasn't asking the players not to press or attack effectively. The players couldn't possibly have been at fault for consistently showing the same flaws under two different managers though...

The only two regrets from today's game :
1. Our fans have been robbed of a day in that stadium that was one to savour ; and
2. Roy Keane was not in the Sky Sports studio with Patrice Evra, that would have been pure gold and dynamite to watch ??

He's always negative. Doom and gloom all the time. We can be 3 up an its ooh got to be careful. Listen to him commentate on Chelsea and its chalk and cheese.
Do you never come on the match day threads? That describes Spurs fans to a T.
Hoddle is Spurs to the bone and has been all his life.
