You know, there's also the possibility that Windy's assessment of him was completely wrong.

He is a old style winger that likes to run at defenders and he does have a bit of pace, he is not the best coming back and I don't think he could ever play as a fullback or defender, he has improved a little bit but he is OK playing in straight lines but ask him to be a bit more clever with his movement off the ball and he does struggle and he is still more of a squad player than a starter for me.

I would like to know who is dealing with who gets a new contract or not because there are some strange decision being made right now and I would like to know who will replace John McDermott.

I like Windy but he did say on his podcast that he had not watched our u18s play in over a year and things can change with players very fast in a year, for example a year ago I was not sure about Chay Cooper but now he has been brilliant and he does deserve his contract and just needs to stay fit next year.

Strange there's nothing on the OS, still I hope the boy develops into a great player for us.
