Looks like he needs waaaay more experience before I'd be comfortable with him being part of our defence.

See how he looks come April , gonna get a ton of practice by the looks of it

I’ll await making scouting judgment considering Norwich did better than Barca did in the same stadium 4 months ago.

When your manager asks you to play like Right winger and there is limited cover and your team mates lose the ball in dangerous areas away at Anfield, ofcourse you are going to look all over the place.

Second half did not start in a RW position. Tucked in. Had a very decent 2nd half.

I dare say Walker Peters will be even worse at Anfield, if he plays like a winger - because he has simply no pace to recover.

Its quite harsh to judge a young player away at Anfield, especially when you are playing in PL for first time.
It’s quite harsh that some of our fans judge our own young players after playing about 3 premiership games to be honest. Walker-peters has pace by the way.

Despite what Poch said I would wait until Kyle Walker - Peters is given a run of games on the side.
I personally believe this is the opportunity he ( and those that have been watching his progress ) have waited for. He has quality in abundance and unlike a lot of fullbacks is a very good footballer ( much like TAA) and has good game intelligence.
I think if he doesn’t quite hit the mark then the conversation must be had about where his place is.
If we are in the market then Aarons is a fine player but looks awafully raw to me and it may be there is a little better value in some of the right backs mentioned on here later in the window.

Then why does Poch play him only when there is no option? Poch doesn't mind the age but inspite being under Poch for 4 years he hasn't played much. Skipp has been played 8 times in PL while KWP only 9 all seasons.

I hope for his sake he gets opportunity & he takes it

People criticising his defending but look how poor TAA is going the other way too.

Both are lauded for their attacking play.

Players mature at different ages and different positions require different physiques. Given a run in the team we'll know what he is capable of. He was excellent against Villa and previously excellent against Newcastle. I think his ceiling is as high as Aarons he's just not the shiny new toy of a right back that most want. I think if he plays out the season with regular football Aarons will only be considered as an understudy for him. Aarons will no doubt show his quality but Norwich were so open they will concede a lot of goals.
