He's on TV at the moment if you have the right channel.

There are doubts about Aarons though.
Aaron’s has played every game this season
Norwich have conceded 60 goals, and kept only 4 clean sheets
Norwich have been praised for their attractive, attacking football. Full backs do get forward in their system. However, Aaron’s has only two assists (one against us, typically).
This isn’t a statistical assassination of him, just a realistic reflection on his performance the PL.
He was Young Player of the year in the Championship last season. Has he continued that trajectory?
Hopefully our scouts have done their due diligence and found the right target to improve on Aurier, who is a liability.
The only certainty is that Aaron’s wouldn’t dive into tackles as much as Aurier. The rest is unclear
Definitely understand where you’re coming from. I guess it’s whether you lean toward Aaron’s contributing to how poor his side is or if he’s being hampered because of it. Not saying he’ll turn out to be same success but it’s been pointed out what a poor side Hull were and how uninspiring Robertson’s stats were the year they went down. But then you put him with better players and give him a role that suits him and all of a sudden he’s flying. Just have to trust that our scouts have seen enough to suggest he can go a few levels higher when put in a better set up.

It’s crazy considering as a unit their defense has been terrible (although this is more down to their Uber-naive tactics), but Lewis, Godfrey and Aarons all look like they could be smart additions.
Agree, not sure about our dosh levels but even adding one would be beneficial (imo)

Edit: I still like Lewis the most (just thought I'd add this)

I agree. Just watching Norwich, their midfield and tactics are just so out of whack. Absolutely no resistance in midfield, calamitous turnovers with inability to win the ball back and Farke’s refusal to tone down his full on attacking style (despite it failing miserably) just absolutely wreaks havoc on their back line. Also doesn’t help that it always seems like whoever plays next to Godfrey offers no support. It’s quite incredible, actually.

What Aarons would give us over Aurier is more pace, more energy and a greater desire to get up and down the pitch, so wouldn't need to play as a right winger, plus he is home grown.

What Aurier gives us is more physicality, more experience and is more proven.

Nobody knows how Aarons would perform in our team but we do know how Aurier performs.

So if we want to sign Aarons I am all for it as I honestly don't think he could do any worse than Aurier but could potentially do a whole lot better.

It’s a risk.
Hopefully it will pay off.
Signing both Castagne and Aarons (or Bogle) would probably be the safest way to navigate this.
(although I’d much rather we’d pooled the money and gone for Hakimi).

Ermmm... how can anyone turn their nose up at Aaron’s when Uarier can’t defend, cross, pass, or get through 30 mins without giving away dangerous free kicks

Nobody is doubting whether we need a new RB and a new DM. We desperately do. Think it’s safe to wonder, based on the evidence of late, whether our backroom has a prayer of picking the right guys to fill those holes.

Even with relegation, Aarons will cost a premium since he’s English and had a lot of hype at one point. Not sure his actual play warrants that type of price, which is especially relevant when we’re so skint. We really need some scouts to do a job.

I’d love nothing more than to boot Aurier to the moon.

We know aurier nearly costs you a goal a game and is a complete liability !!

I get why Aarons is attractive to those in the thread and i do like the idea of signing him, but unless we bring in a CB (Maybe two) and a DM it won't make a difference.

If money is super tight, he would be the 3rd signing I'd make after the above.

Yeah, I actually had that in the post but took it out. I think the hope with us is we actually have a manager who knows the issues and it sounds like there may be a plan to make the obvious changes (PEH).

When you put it like that.
