Four SuperSport Tottenham Hotspur Academy youngsters, including first team midfielder Morne Nel, are flying to England for training.
Denwin Farmer, Zama Rambuwane and Kabelo Seriba, as well as 17-year-old Nel, who is still eligible for selection in junior competitions, will be visiting the Spurs Under-18 team.
The players are in England for nine days.
“The purpose of the trip is to assess the level of our youth players in relation to that of their counterparts,” academy technical manager Godfrey Mosoetsa tells Matsatsantsa’s official website.
“This has got nothing to do with trials, but it is about giving the youngsters the international exposure and experience that will be of utmost importance in their future football careers,” says Mosoetsa, who will be accompanying the boys on the trip
