Journalists need to stop with Bale to Tottenham BS, there is no way we can afford his wages.

What a front 3. If bale is the only person we sign I will be pleased..apart from a right back ?

Not gonna happen. Not even sure if I’d want it to.

Oh I’d want it to alright. Solid defence, with the likes of N’Dombele linking a counter attacking set of weapons such as a Kane, Bale, Son front three is a formidable prospect.

As you say though, complete pie in the sky as it’s not going to happen.

Who was it on here who was 100% insistent that Bale was only going to shine if he played left back?

Wasn't someone going to eat their pants if he played left wing?

Don’t know about that, but I’d probably eat my own shit if Levy sanctioned a deal to re sign Bale, even on loan. That’s how confident I am of it not happening.

Jose would want this of course...and honestly, Real may just agree to a 6 month loan deal with an option for us to take him for a quid in the summer. Why? They utterly miscalculated last summer and are paying Bale 30 million a year for taking the piss out of them! It is embarrassing and a brand hit for RM - not good at all. If Bale had a good second 1/2 of the season RM would be rid of the financial burden, and if he had a worldy, maybe could get a bag of peanuts as a fee.

Bookmarked that one!.
Normally I would say you were probably right but Levy is once again cast as Satan after pulling the plug on our beloved Poch so might want to chuck the fans something to get their spirits up and give the whole club a lift. He is capable of pulling these sorts of complicated deals off.

Alternatively, he might not give a toss whether he is popular or not!

Wales have just qualified for Euro 2020, so surely if I was Bale I would want to be playing regular football in order to be in tip top shape for that, he will go to whoever can offer him that if RM try to get rid in January.

His wages at at Spurs could start a shit storm so think i would rather we went for someone else, like Ziyech from Ajax
