Once again half time at spurs is a fucking joke to get served - I swear it was much better at the old stadium: great on the pitch great stadium to sit in shit service before the game and at half time - Wembley was much better!

They had guys walking around with box backpacks with beer today I wondered if that was a go at addressing the problem.

Only Heineken though from what I saw? They still seem to be massively underestimating the demand for the Beavertown offerings.

My season ticket card didn't work on the turnstile, the app was down so couldn't get in that way, so had to wait 20 minutes for a woman to phone someone to verify my ticket was genuine. She said there were hundreds of people experiencing the same thing at every game, but there were only 6 staff to deal with such issues. So 1 person per ten thousand.

with a crowd of 62k and people queuing up 6-7 minutes before half-time the ques where massive. trouble is it the staff just not being quick enough. hardly noticed any bar staff that are anywhere near an age that look like they can handle it, and they move at the pace of a snail. used to work the bars myself as a youngster and if I'd served at the pace they do, I'd of been given the push.

on another subject, I actually met Chris Colwin today. I forgot to take my tablets before going in, and only realised after my pint and a sausage roll. so went down and got permission to leave the stadium with my car parked in Sainsburys (bonus was it allowed me a couple of cigs). just as I was on my way back, he was talking to a couple of people by the ticket office, so I stopped and said hi, and thanked him for his stadium updates. I also got him a new name thrown in, (I'm crap with names) so called him Colin (both his friends called him it there after).

If you’re talking about the Tap Ins I’m amazed people bother with them. Especially in the south stand where if you go downstairs or to one of the restaurants you get a drink fairly promptly.

Try being where I sit in block 523, it honestly takes about 5-7 mins just to get onto the concourse at half time mind getting a drink, I only have another time to pee mind anything else!

I don't even try to get a drink or food at half-time so don't know how bad it is but it is easy enough before and afterwards. The only thing is the lack of choice on level five compared to around the Marketplace area.

I did though plan to go into the shop after the game but saw the massive queues just to go through security that would put airports to shame and thought no I'll keep my money and get home an hour earlier.

Rarely ever dream of buying anything at half time. By the time the half time whistle goes thousands of people have pissed off downstairs already. I’m there for the football. Why would you gamble on missing a goal? What you do outside of the first and final whistle is in your own time but surely you can put things in hold for a couple of hours or deal with the consequences?

Yeah, I jsut go for a piss and then get back to the stands. What's the point in waiting ten minutes for a pint you need to drink in five?
