Sod queuing 20 mins tbf. I've probably queued 5-10 at the most?

The pain with the bottomless thing is the idiots who want to stand there and film the beer being 'poured'

?

One of the things that annoy me is when there is an issue with one of the lagers and people insist on waiting while they sort it out. Now I know people are perfectly within their rights to wait for the beer that they want which is advertised, but it’s not a pub where you can just move aside as wait for the barrel to be changed. Just get a different lager ffs and stop holding up hundreds of people.

100% agree.

"Neck oil is being swapped at the moment"

"Okay, I'll wait"

Hearn confirmed earlier today on talksport that AJ will be at Spurs, If wilder takes up option of 3rd fight with fury. If wilder doesn’t they will try to make AJ Fury this summer. Personally I’d be surprised if they could get AJ Vs Fury done that quick. So Pulev will most likely still happen.

Not sure if anyone has a better insight into this but a while back someone from spurs said that the new stadium was a NFL one but spurs were just the anchor Tennant only.
This was a bit of a concern to me that maybe the long term plan is to franchise the club with a big NFL team and the football team playing second fiddle to the gridiron game.

Well if it is, it’ll be for at a maximum, 30 years(likely less). American football has a life span and although I love it, i can admit we are rapidly approaching the end and gaining speed at times.

The stadium will never play 2nd fiddle to anything. The NFL league games consist of 8 home games a season, excluding playoff fixtures etc. In the PL we are guaranteed a minimum of 19. If you include European fixtures and cup games that pushes towards the 25-30 mark, depending on how far a team goes and the luck of a draw etc.

No. Spurs are not an anchor tenant. The land and stadium are (in one form or another) owned by the football club.

That is totally false. I’ll try to give a full and detailed reply when I’m not on my phone on a bus on the way to a match!

But it is entirely untrue.

In terms of chronology, the stadium was fully designed for football/soccer only, with planning consent. Later, it was redesigned and obtained a revised planning consent with the added capability to hold NFL matches.

The Freehold of the stadium is owned by one of the many companies that form part of THFC. The NFL have no role at all, as far as I am aware, as tenant, owner or anything else. They have a contract to put on a specific number of events at the stadium and pay for the privilege. That doesn't make them a tenant or an owner, in legal terms.

None of that would stop THFC from selling the stadium to an NFL franchise and leasing it back for football/soccer, but that hasn't been done, there is no sign of it being on anyone's agenda and there is no reason to see it happening in the medium term future.

What does this even mean? Would love to know more on this.

You are saying you think NFL will one day not exist?
