Mourinho for me. He's a proven winner, which is something we are desperately lacking at the club. I honestly believe this little break he's had from management has been great for him and he'll go to his next club reinvigorated.

I see Allegri is a popular choice on here, but his entire career, from player to manager, has pretty much been in Italy. It's no guarantee that he'll be as successful over here, at least not immediately.

Jose, he’ll win us something within 18 months. It will not be pretty but we need someone who will not take any nonsense from these players who think too much of themselves.

Short term Jose is fine by me.
It sounds good for this season but what happens when it all comes crumbling down? We’d be in a very similar position to where we are now, with a squad of old and unsettled players requiring a total rebuild. We don’t have Chelsea or United’s resources to undertake that sort of thing with successive managers.

We need a manager who will build for the long term, not just one who will get us over the line for this season but eventually leave us right back where he started.

Can we just bring on Redknapp (or some other buffoon not named Sherwood) for the rest of the season, have Pochettino take a leave of absence, sell off all the assholes in the squad/watch them leave on frees, and end Poch's leave of absence in the summer after the dust settles?

No? Okay.

Some good names on that list. I'd like to see us go for Ten Hag. Not sure if he's the right man to clean up this mess, though, but Ajax play amazing football.

I'd love to see him in in the long term..... But not until we've stabilised and sorted out the contract shitshow....

None of them will be able to do anything with that defence + DM line-up. Might as well get Dave from Sunday league to have a crack

Utd I agree with, but resource wise we're not far behind Chelsea....theyre run as a business these days.

Couldn’t see the facking option. Polls have come a long way since I last created one.
Mate, it's okay, you can just admit that @Dougal strong-armed you into doing so that no one would be able to tell when he went ahead and secretly voted for Mourinho in the now-anonymous poll: we all know what he's like.

Poch IN still for me but if he gets sacked or leaves (don’t think it will happen until at least the season is done) then honestly Marcelo Gallardo (River Plate). He’s done a fantastic job with them even tho the squad depth isn’t deep. Plays a bit like Klopp Liverpool. Barca are apparently after him

I hate all of you who are voting Mourinho. Worse than Sherwood for me.

Allegri is the only option I can get on board with right now.
