Brilliant. Have to go to my wife's family every year on Boxing Day and always miss the Spurs match

Watford v Palace on BT early on Boxing Day should draw quite a crowd. /sarcasm

Just glad we get two full days between games and don't have to do 31st/2nd or 1st/3rd.

So 4 games apiece for Liverpool and Everton being televised over that period to our 2. Poor Leicester don't have a single match on the box.
Leicester have games v City and Chelsea on BT, plus away at Southampton in January.

United away on the wife's birthday cheers Murdoch you fuck

That game was always scheduled for the Sunday because Utd play in the Europa on the Thursday beforehand, and there is a full round of EPL fixtures in the following midweek (we play Hull on the Wednesday). Not even Murdoch could change that.

I used to enjoy the Boxing Day visit to WHL. Tainted by the memory of being late for the 1996 game v Southampton which meant we missed Iversen's goal. Damn parents wanted the loo before getting into the ground (nothing to do with the puncture we had before leaving home).
More recently the 0-0 against Fulham was one to forget.

Now family circumstances mean footy is not an option on BD so hurrah. Not that I can go to the away game anyway, probably not enough points.

What a shame, always love watching Spurs on boxing day whilst gluttonously eating and drinking myself into a coma

We usually play on the 28th as well don't we? As that's my birthday and there's always a game. So that's not a shifted game. Where's the other game ended up?

According to our fixtures now we play 1 league game in a 14-day period over Christmas period (17th and 1st the games either side), or 3 games in 16.

Last year we played 19, 26, 28, 3rd - or 4 in 16, with never more than a week between games (biggest this year is 11 days - is there an international break?)

Be good for recuperation but what a boring Christmas holiday!

I have no idea what this post means fella, are you looking at a different fixture list to the rest of us? We have games on the 14, 17, 26, 31 Dec and 2nd Jan. Unless you meant home games?

Official site, BBC and Sky. No 26th or 31st. 11 day break between Burnley and Southampton. Not 2nd but 1st Jan

Are they all wrong/in need of updating? (Would be weird as that Southampton TV date has just been announced on 28th.) Where's this fixture list "the rest" of you are looking at?
