If I hear one more Florentino Luis suggestion, I’m going lose my mind. He played under 1000 minutes in all comps last season, less than Gedson did in a half season at Benfica and apparently the manager hated Gedson. Luis rarely even makes Benfica squads.

Is he amazing in FM or something? Because he’s a total fraud in real life.

I agree with what you're saying about the two seasons ago, but the signings we're making don't feel like last resort signings. At least the issues with the squad are being addressed, which is far more than I was expecting at the start of the TW

Didn't think naming rights would make that big a difference.

Rumour was Levy wanted 200mil over 10 years (20 per year) and was struggling to get it. Not only that but that's less per year than what we owe from the interest on the club's loans.

Just my opinion but this type of spending would suggest something more than naming rights.

We took a loan from the bank of England
