But is he not right?
No, spursy is when you just have to win at upton park to get CL football for the first time and the entire squad gets floored by a virus with fucking Richard scudamore forcing us to play the game while standing smiling on the pitch at Highbury wearing an arsenal T shirt and spursy is being the only club to have their CL place taken away and given to last year's winners and then UEFA changing the rule so it happens to nobody else and spursy is beating Chelsea on away goals in a semi final the first year they stop using the away goals rule and spursy is having a corrupt FA taking away a place in the old first division and giving it to their friend's club who are also your local rivals. Spursy is not drawing 2-2 away in the CL having been 2-0 up that is unlucky or poor game management, good opponents or just plain fate.

Don’t think that’s going to happen. Poch likes rotating his fullbacks, but unfortunately we are well short on quality in that department these days. Poch will still rotate though.
Even just rotating two fit RBs and getting Davies matchfit and rotating between him and Rose would be an improvement at the moment.

Shelfy go and enjoy your holiday mate and stop shouting into the internet.
I'm enjoying myself mate but I am allowed an opinion on the shit being served up at our club, I know you and your buddies don't approve but I don't worry about people's approval sorry mate.

sort of performance you come to expect from Spurs at the moment, cant defend, cant win a tackle and have no shield in the midfield. Playing Sanchez at RB is ridiculous, he can barely play CB currently. Poch has alot to sort because nothing seems to be really improving.

Your post smacks more of conspiracy theories than explaining spursy.

He's got his squad now so he has no excuse really, we should be playing better football more consistently by all accounts.
I don’t think that’s the complete squad. We should have started the rebuild the year before and we do lack a fit DM and a promising young RB.

Apart from the fact that we appeared to have the wrong players in the starting 11, something I mentioned to a friend last night that I don't think the temperature/humidity had been taken in to account which may account for the players looking knackered. They don't look like that in our league games.

But is he not right?

No

We showed we aren't in last seasons CL campaign, plus we came back twice from a battering against city this season too.

Teams come back from 2 goal leads, it happens, and if you look at our record, its the first time this month that we have let a 2 goal lead slip since chelsea away in 2016....are you serious?

The media are always on our case, and Lineker was a prick to join in the agenda of mocking us.

Juve let a 2 goal lead go lastnight, are the juversy...ffs

Poch is happy with the RB situation by his own admission, he said as much in the summer and we bought in two midfielders in the summer - if he wanted a DM we would have bought one in - no excuses.

Same happened with Liverpool the other night, as the game went on they couldn't press like they normally do and looked knackered.

It does seem that Poch had more or less promised or at least decided that he was going to make Sanchez a first choice defender this season come what may , together with Foyth. He expected to lose Toby and , possibly, Jan but they are still here. He clearly doesn't trust KWP and probably Aurier( who, I suspect, is far too outspoken for Poch too). Why he doesn't play Toby at Right back and Sanchez CB is odd. I have no doubt that Foyth will be given that spot, come what may, when he is fit and then Sanchez will return to the middle at the expense of Toby/Jan possibly on a rotation basis.

If we had any ambitions on the field we wouldnt be playing CBs at RB, fullbacks and DMs were so important to how we used to play. His decision to ignore this is so strange, we played easily our best football with full backs and midfield shield. How a club our size can sell a RB and not replace is madness.

We can't win

Until we got CL football regularly ,it was deemed everything, now its winning the league cup , they can all fuck off.

Yeah they move the goalposts to suit their agenda, I don't get how people don't understand this.

I love Rio Ferdinands 'Harry Kane has to leave Spurs to win trophies', because we drew an away CL group game.
I dont mind him as a pundit but my God.

Sorry but apart from the first half against Palace, the last 12 minutes against Villa and glimpses against Arse, we do look like that in our league games.
If the heat and humidity was so bad, how come Olympiacos team managed to run around so much? Yes I know they may play in it week in week out but we are supposed to be one of the fittest teams in the prem, yet we look knackered already this season and that's without most of the team being away at a world cup like last year.

There are some pretty odd selections and decisions at the moment. The way Wanyama is now always in the squad and not Skipp is worrying to me too.
