Will we ever learn? Another incredibly frustrating performance where we threw away points.

Not according to the great all knowing Zolta of SC the great shadydan he sees it differently, for him it was an exercise in generosity and good will by allowing the opposition to get something as well.
For he say reaching the fourth round of the FA cup after going out in the third round is success and we should all rejoice like him in gaining such a momentous moment that will be carved into history.

Now you're being daft.

We all want trophies, surely you must see what direction on and off the field we are going,

I could only dream we would be where we are as a club 15 years ago
Again I never said we have not improved from say 15 years ago but would you see real Madrid say oh we have improved because we got to the 5th round of the Copa del ray or would they cite countless trophies and 14 European cups as a mark of success you tell me.

I think we seem to have stopped trying to get the ball to Kane. That should be our focus. He's a fkin goal machine, one of the best and yet we never seem to give him the ball. He has to come deep looking for it.

he was at his best when he was running the channels and charging round pressing barely presses now let alone runs the channel to get the ball. Playing far too deep and gave us nothing as a striker yesterday to work with.

after one draw were going backwards.
Harsh

This isn't about one match, but a really bad habit we have. The team's collective inability to shut up shop and protect a two goal lead is a worrying sign. We have not progressed in terms of game management. We are still a pretty soft touch.

We spent 150 million on 2 midfielders and a defender to try and address those issues.
Unfortunately all 3 have been injured so we've been unlucky.
When all three are up and running in the team and if those issues still remain I will be concerned.

We are just too slow in doing everything. We scored goals against Palace because we got the ball forward quickly. Every single goal was a result of that. I mean, the answer is in there for the management and players and its not even that difficult. Get the ball moved through the team at pace. Pass and move quickly and teams will open up. We have good enough players to execute that but we don't do it. Ive a feeling this is what Poch was driving at with his comments last night.

We took the two of the three players moving the ball at that pace out the of the starting 11 in Son and Sissoko for last night, Winks the third player ended up our MOTM.

in their own third though, not all over the pitch. Thats obviously a lot different
I am not sure it is that different - While they were camped in that final third, we were taking 5 passes to get to the halfway line. Is wasn't as if we were running all over the rest of the pitch to get away from our markers and to create space.

Two seasons ago, he was getting the ball on the edge of the box taking one touch and shooting into the corners of the goal - I can't remember the last time he scored from around the 18 yard line.
