Ricky "I lay in bed at night wishing I was a real journalist" Sacks has tweeted that Ally Gold said that we're going to try again in January but I can't find where Gold actually said it.
There a bit about him in the Q&A Ally did earlier, but he didn't exactly say we'll try again. Someone asked him if will we be going back in for him and this was his reply.

Ally Gold said:
They haven’t made a move for Dybala yet but what happens with Neymar over the next 10 days or so is going to shake up the transfer market a lot. It will spark those who didn’t buy him into action to look for their own star signings and of course PSG will have to replace the Brazilian. If the window closes and Dybala is still at Juventus then Spurs would be right to think they still have a chance to sign him in January. Much will still depend on his situation at the Old Lady and whether Maurizio Sarri gives him regular football and whether he makes it into that Champions League squad despite the fact that the Serie A side have to leave out foreign players from their bloated squad for the European competition.

There’s a lot of ifs, buts and maybes but it is believed that Spurs had an agreement with Juventus and Dybala but it was just the messy situation with the image rights that couldn’t be sorted. over the four weeks or so that the parties were all in negotiations. Four months of course is a lot longer to fix those issues but that’s also a long time for anything to happen. If the window closes and he’s still in Turin, then I wouldn’t rule out Spurs making another attempt to bring him to England.

Another classic case of that fraud twisting words to fit an optimistic agenda. I thought we all agreed to not discuss that idiot on here.

Bandini on the Football Weekly pod this Thursday said that there's a strong chance we try again for Dybala in January if he doesn't leave in this window.

I trust Bandini's info on Serie A, she knows all the goings on there.

Wow, I'd entirely missed her coming out and was wondering why you'd called her a she. Good on her, hopefully a positive sign of what's to come in football if she can do that without triggering any media shitstorm.

I really hope he isn’t sold by the time the window shuts- we would have a really good opportunity to sort the image rights out and land this quality player

Reports here in Portugal in the week stating that Juve offered him to Madrid but Zidane doesn't want. Don't know how accurate that is but if so, great cause Dybala may only possibly move to PSG but bad cause that means Madrid would rather have Eriksen.

I misread that as Baldini and spent the time a few minutes trying to picture his transition :cautious:

Zidane doesn't want anyone that is not named Paul Pogba.

There's not really been any indication at all throughout the entire summer that Zidane wants Eriksen. If he did, Eriksen would already be at Madrid. I for one doubt that will change over the next eight days but I could be wrong.

There is only one player in Europe with little noise around him moving at the moment who i can see RM go in for last minute. Paul Pogba.

I don't think Zidane wants to pay for Eriksen which shows a pretty low level if interest generally. Depends if Eriksen is OK with being strung along for another year.

Is there anyone that can put 'image rights' into plain speak? What is it and why has he got them? Sounds like a proper bell end thing to have If it impacts your freedom of movement etc etc.
