Stop having a meltdown. Its off, mate.

you're the one having a meltdwon, bashing levy before its all said and done. im one of his biggest critics, but its clear its image rights that have fucked this one, no levy lowballing etc.

seriously what "service" do the agents perform?

Their client's career is put into a cul-de-sac. Shouldn't the agents have done some actual work and come up with solutions to the image rights contracts, all ready to roll and to be presented to clubs if needed during the transfer window?

What do they actually do? How much per hour are they charging for doing nothing? Can't purple bricks break into this market somehow ;)

I think we should probably wait before soap-boxing ...

To be fair, I was responding to something that was calling this a great window as of now with the the expected incomings of Sess and GLC. So that was the parameter for my response too.

Deadline day deals can often pan out like a one big game of chicken - one side threatens to walk away, the other tries to call their bluff, the deal is "dead" at 2pm and miraculously resurrected an hour before the window shuts. This deal is further complicated by the addition of an extra interested party in the form of the image rights holders.

This may appear to be all over now (and that might well actually prove to be the case come 5pm), but both clubs and the player seem to want this deal to happen, so I reckon it could still re-ignite at some point in the next 3 hours.

Theres a little over 3 hours left, I’ll believe it’s completely done when that happens. How many times do we hear that something (including Lo Celso) is dead and not happening before it coming back? All negotiating ploys, possible that the image rights company wanted a few extra €€ and so leak that deal is off because Tottenham wouldn’t agree and trying to get us to match price? It’s crazy, maybe desperate but I’ve got a inkling about it

This image rights/third-party nightmare always seems to be with the South American players. I wouldn't be surprised if it's totally corrupt and you have to sign up with one of these shysters to get a club over there, but then your career's held to ransom if you ever do make it big.

I love that some of you still are optimistic about the deal.

I'm so depressed that my imaginary girlfriend can't comfort me.
