So looking at our squad, unless we can re-train peopl into defenders, I would suggest we have way too many midfielders.. So in an ideal world who would you keep (and let play every week) from:

Chadli (he could be be in the front 3)

Lamela-BIG STRIKER- Chadli.

Loan out Bentaleb and Veljkovic to the best club that will take them (and play them), keep Dembele, Holtby, Capoue and Livermore, and cash in on Sig, who doesn't fit a 4-3-3.

Same except I would keep Dembele, if we can get a coach to get him to perform consistently we have a top player. I still don't think he's fully fit, 20mins into a game you see the sweat lashing off him and him puffing like me after a wank. I'm looking forward to seeing him at the World Cup.

Yeah I'd hesitate on Dembele. But how long must we bear with the promise of quality? It's just not happening for some reason. We can all see it should, but something just isn't clicking

Just sell Livermore, we need to be able to compete on 4 fronts and we're always going to have injuries, I'm not willing to loan out Bentaleb or Veljkovic as I don't trust other clubs to know what to do with them, in terms of playing time their best chances are down in the championship and the playing style down there is so different it wouldn't be worth their time, I still wonder why the hell we let QPR have Tom Carroll.

Id rather keep Dembele. ... tbh Sandro's tackling and interception stats ain't much greater than Dembele plus his injury record has become a concern imo but both together are a pretty strong combination.

There on loan, he will return to us after the play-off final, as far as I'm aware he's rated very highly by the coaching staff so I'd be very surprised if we sold him.

That's my take on it too.
If we get Pochettino, his 433(ish) system makes this very viable. You could even play Sandro & Capoue when needed, with Paulinho/Holtby/Dembele further forward, and Eriksen moved into the 'Lallana' role in the front 3.

Holtby for me is worth a keep. As is Capoue and Chadli
Sandro has bee maligned this season after sustain game serious injury the previous season and never really caught up this season. Still believe he will be a very good player for us in the future

Given the talent we (should) have in Lamela Eriksen and to lesser extent Chadli we have the nucleus of a good side. They need some complimentary support from LB and a ST
