If he's committed to the cause, of course I'd like him back.

Can he recapture the form tho'.

Shame he left, and appeared to down tools somewhat before he left. But he helped provide some truly magic moments also during his time here.

Players come, players go. Various reasons as to why. Doesn't overly bother me, I get over it and move on.

So yeah, I'd welcome him back, but like I say, can he find his form.
It’s a fair question with an unknowable answer... but my guess would be yes... based primarily on the fact he’s still only 28

Just wait. We don't know what will be in the bonus episode yet. ;)

Danny and Jose do mud wrestling at the training ground. Rose chucks £50 notes at levy.

Kane makes a sentence without using the word “obviously”

Hugo shows the team how to drive a Porsche Cayenne after 5 bottles of Merlot

Tanguy breaks the record for hot dog eating.

Ericksen turns up but security don’t let him in.

?

This is such a pointless debate. He’s not coming back.
Same as the Bale thread, same as 99% of the other player rumour threads. What’s the point at all? It would be very quiet indeed around here if not for rumours and idle gossip!

He’s not worth 30m. Pass.
been poor for 18 months including in Italy. I also can take free kicks and corners better. And that isn’t up for discussion. Much prefer the lad from Brentford if getable.

Guardian saying Chelsea rejected bids from Inter for Kante including one offer that including Eriksen in part exchange.

Sad if true. You know a footballer career is headed downwards when they are used as pawns to land other players. Especially if you joined your current team just months ago.

I'd take back the old Eriksen, but not the one who saw the last 12 months out before moving to Inter.

Depends what the reasons why he wants to come back are really. If he wants to be back after a break and refresh then a motivated Eriksen is an incredible player to have particularly when you consider our potential front line.

Was about to say don't take a player back when his current club don't want him but then realised others may bring up Bale.

However, the key difference is Bale left us in peak form and as one of the world's best. He's had a rough couple of years but I don't believe he's leaving Real because he's no longer a quality player, it's more because of problems with ZZ.

Eriksen, on the other hand, left us when he was in rotten form and didn't seem interested. He's then gone to Inter and not even returned to his previous golden form. He also left us only 9 months ago due to "wanting a change", therefore you can't imagine he'd be coming back with 'enthusiasm'. Whereas Bale left 7 years ago and with good feelings.

I think it would be a very unsuccessful reunion.
