Just catching up with the craziness today.

The Dele thing is odd and not something I’m particularly keen on.

I agree he’s regressed quite a lot in the last couple of years, but he’s still young and we know what he’s capable of. Also, we have potentially a massive amount of games this season.

We need a deep squad, Jose has been clear about that himself. I can only conclude that him and Dele have fallen out big time for this weird curveball to have been thrown in the Bale deal.

Hopefully we can push it through whilst keeping Dele. If the reports of Bales wages are true we really shouldn’t have to push Dele out to facilitate it.

really would be facisnating to have cameras filming a deal like this. Love it on sky sports deadlinee day when they show the whole recruitment team surrounded by fax machines and pizza boxes

Right I’ve calmed down now. It’s not done yet, could still flop last second so let’s take a pinch of salt and relax!

Dele going to Real Madrid on loan is good for all. Dele needs a change of scenery and will get the opportunity to train at the biggest club in the world. We will hopefully get a better Dele in return (or a good transfer fee) and Real get a potentially top player on loan.

From total despair not too long ago to a mass of men all huddled over their keyboard with their wangs out at the possiblity of Bale signing. A lot can change in 24 hours! I'm starting to believe this is going to happen now which is going to make it very painful if it doesnt. Fool me once...
