Pretty amazing deal by Levy in the end. Of course his 'unique' style has lost us a loads of deals in the past and he deserves plenty of stick over the likes of Grealish, but Betis wanted £55 million+ and apparently due to Levy's mental 'creative accounting' we've got him for £42 million which is about HALF the price Utd paid for Maguire.

Looks a excellent player, but I hope we are not going to repeat the mistake we made with Eriksen in not buying cover/competition for his place.

Not an issue this window, but something we definitely need imo.

Love Gio but I’m concerned if he is being touted as the eriksen replacement. For me eriksen’s decline in a Tottenham shirt was mainly due to lack of competition in his role. He’d play week in week out as the only proper CAM, we were crying out for more and we finally got it in GLC. Yet here we are making the same problems
