It’s not bad, it’s not Le Tissier or even Robbie Keane but it’s enough to justify him being our main penalty taker. We have a few options who I’d trust (Eriksen, Dier, Alderweireld even) to be a regular taker as opposed to a name in a shoot out, but Kane converts enough to be first choice.

It's pretty much average for top-flight football at just under 80% - interestingly the rate varies quite a lot between seasons but tends to be between 75% and 85%. When you consider that I believe those misses occurred more earlier in Kane's career it's perfectly fine at least and certainly not worth changing your kick taker over.

I think your main penalty taker should be converting 8 out of 10 which means he needs to score 6 from his next 7

For a long time my motivation was simply to close my eyes and picture myself scoring against Arsenal in the Premier League. Done that a few times now, and it never gets old. But now, my motivation is a bit different. Now, I close my eyes and I picture myself lifting the Premier League trophy at our new stadium with my mates.
