“I close my eyes and I picture myself lifting the Premier League trophy at our new stadium with my mates. I’d trade the next 100 goals for that feeling.“

I wonder how many of the rags will cut everything after the word ‘trophy’ and paste it under a headline saying ‘Kane wants to leave spurs to win premier league, Man Utd circle’ or similar?

How can a player still playing go on a show and tell another player to leave there club. That’s so unprofessional and disrespectful it’s unbelievable.

So is (allegedly) shagging an old biddy when you have a lovely wife and children but hey it's Rooney

Same as all the other pricks. How long will he stay at spurs. Needs trophies not goals. Money etc etc etc. Just so unprofessional.

He has his own agenda. All the talk has been about Shearer but Rooney is 2nd in the charts and would hate being overtaken by Kane, thus the comments.

Sheringham made a similar jibe at the start of this season, knowing his PL record at Spurs was under threat.

The jealousy from current and ex-pros are staggering beyond belief - haters gonna hate I suppose, but Harry is far too professional to even be bothered by these remarks.

Now I've heard it all. (but this is SC, so probably not :D) The number of unprofessional people out there must be vast, I know it's not a popular onion, but it's actually probably true, if we don't start winning things, at some point, it's more likely than not that he will leave. Saying it doesn't speed it up, doesn't make it more likely and isn't agenda, it's just there and how it is, he isn't the first player they've said it about and he won't be the last.

Not saying it and/or ****ing off anyone who does, doesn't change a thing. Like everyone else, I hope he stays for the length of his career but, unless we start winning things, the odds are against it.

And I'm not entirely sure what professional code of conduct that's breaking. The reason so many people say it is because it's probably true. This mass denial that seems to be rampant on SC is like an Ostrich putting it's head in the sand or whatever it is that does that :D

Great read from the man himself. Especially the stuff about Poch. Legend.

I don’t think I have ever felt emotional feelings for a man before but this is as close as it will ever get.

Harry is inspirational, I genuinely just love him, that’s the only word I can use to describe it, my little boy loves him as well and I am proud as fuck to have him at our football club, it’s truly an honour to have him play in a spurs shirt and he is a legend as far as I am concerned.

We should build a statue for him, I am not even kidding either, he is that important to this football club, no amount of money in the world should ever be enough to sell him, I don’t give a shit if Levy gets £1B for him, if Kane ever gets sold I will have a goddamn meltdown like never seen before, i will literally protest on the centre circle of our new ground.

Harry Kane, what a man and what a human being. COYS

Kane would rotate with aguero and jesus if he wants a PL title which means he wont be as important and wont win golden boot. He will not want that.

A reporter on 5 live was saying last night the amount of 5 to 8 year olds that now support Spurs in this county because of Kane was huge and that his value to Spurs is not just his goals but commercial appeal.

I know in my boys team (7/8) they are half Spurs and Kane must have a large appeal in that.

We simply must pay Kane whatever - I think it fits with our sponsorships and where we want to go as a club.

Yes we have a wage structure but Harry Kane gets his OWN wage structure.

On and off the pitch a model and I’ve no doubts Levy will fairly pay him.

I just hope with move to new stadium we can be more competitive wage-wise and are able to continue tweaking our squad to match Harry in quality and make it good enough to win titles.

We're continuing to move in the right way at the moment but do need to make sure we plug any gaps in squad (looking shakey at left back if Rose does go, midfield engine room is a slight worry with Dembele's ongoing fitness issues and also cover up top).

Bullshit. Aguero and Jesus (who's better than Aguero) would be always be second class next to Kane.
