Probably been said before but going forward with the way we have been setting up defensively I would play in the long term Foyth as the right back tucking in more defensively and Sessegnon bombing on down the left in a more attacking role

In theory it’s sounds perfect. We will have to wait and see

He’s still making the same mistakes he was making two years ago. You get to the point where you think he’s never going to be good enough.

You have to feel for him. I understand his willingness to take risks and impress the manager but he sure has fucked up for us (and Argentina) a lot. I do think he probably needs a loan to a team where he can play week in and week out and learn to iron out these mistakes from his game (or feel less pressure to take them).

He’s a good footballer, but he’s not going to make it as a defender in the Prem. Too slight and too error prone. Would probably be ok pissing about in Spain for someone like Valencia.

Players like foyth need loaned out to championship clubs. He needs a full season to get some experience and toughen up. Playing one game every 6 months isnt going to develop him.

I like Foyth as a CB if I'm honest. Sanchez Foyth as a pairing excites me both are tenacious Foyth very composed. We have to find a position and start playing him.

Excites you! the thought of that fucking terrifies me and I like Sanchez!

Ah good the old pile on a player who has his annual 1 league start a year and questions on why he hasn't developed.

He had some really good interventions,, where before he would tackle and give away a penalty but he still tries to dribble when he shouldn't. Can we just tell our braindead players to clear the ball if they are in trouble? How fucking hard is it for these guys to learn basics?
