What the fuck has auier got to do to start ahead of him, time and time again trippier gets caught out defensively and today it’s cost us big time

My gut feeling is that Poch can see that Aurier is just as average defensively as Trippier, but lacks anything going forward, while KWP is still unproven; a lot of us want him to start, but it's more out of desperation than anything else.

The reality could be that Trippier is currently the best of a bad bunch.

Culpability doesn't always rest with a single player. Trippier brings more to the table than any other full back and Poch knows that.

If you think he's getting dropped, I daresay you'll be disappointed. I'm only vocal, because I think a lot of the shit he gets is often unfair. Davies too.

He created enough to win that match with some better finishing, doesn't that make some sort of amends for some of you?

The favourite scapegoat.

Nah, he's just a shit defender and average player in general.

Aurier has been infinitely superior defensively this season.

He fucked up and cost us but at the end of the day we should’ve won that game by 4-5 goals. I’m more pissed off we how wasteful we were making it easy for De Gea than I am pissed off at Trippier.

True had we put one of those chances away, which we should have - We'd never be discussing Tripps and possible got a point at the very least, right before HT also, never a good time to concede a goal.

The mistake for the goal came shortly after he tried to control a first time pass in the air and allowed them to counter.

Liability in defence.

Shit defender, shit bloke, shit for brains.

He’d find it difficult to get into Palace’s team.

Sell him now whilst the rest of the league don’t realise how bad he is.

Reckon we could still get £50m for him based on World Cup performances?

Mind you, all that would mean is we have an extra £50m in the pot because it’s not like we’ll ever fucking replace him!!!:ROFLMAO:

We should’ve been out of sight second half. We’ve had games where we’ve not been clinical but today was ridiculous. We’re not talking half chances here there was 3 (minimum) absolute gimmes. Fucking annoying.

Surely Everton would pay big dough for him?

Perhaps we could hoodwink West Ham to spend big money on him, thinking they’ve taken him from us?

KWP 3 assists in 10 seconds (ok slight exaggeration) then nobody see's him again.

2 assists being giving the ball to players 25 yards out with relatively simple passes before one deflected shot and a run past defenders to finish.

In the issue of balance, yes he probably did put up a decent performance going forwards and put some dangerous balls in as usual.

Unfortunately the most dangerous ball was to one of Utd's two-man team and it cost us the game.

One step forwards, two steps back in other words.

Sorry for backing up my opinion that one poor pass doesn't make a poor performance.

Always quick to pick out the bad and ignore the good with Trippier for a load of 'supporters'.

No one else thinks Hugo could/should have done better? That maybe Rashford shouldn't have been in so much space? Was that an easy pass for Pogba to make?
You're reaching is as pathetic as your blind protection of this average footballer.
