9 (yes, nine) goals in all competitions, in only 8 matches played. He looks different class at the moment, his finishing is unreal. Has the supreme confidence that Harry did in 2017, may it continue.

Best winger in the league for me.

He’s certainly playing like he’s got a rocket up his arse isn’t he. He’s a fabulous player, and seems to be really hitting his stride with us. Hope he keeps this up through the whole season.

Past decade we seen Bale and Kane step into world class territory. Son was on and off past seasons. But goodness, if he keep this up, we just officially seen the 3rd player breaching into the world class category.

And best of all, all three are lining up together now. Buckle up, we are in for a ride

His form this season reminds me a bit of Keane when Berbatov would drop off and Keane was making those runs off him. He seemed to explode into life playing that role. Son is really thriving more than ever because of the way we use him to come inside more and play off the last defender. He did well in the past as a centre forward filling in for the injured Kane and I remember even seeing questions over whether Kane should start after that. I think Son has always been our best player when it comes to being the most advanced attacker.

In the Amazon doc we heard Mou saying to Kane about making him a works beater and it appears that Sonny is benefitting from this same strategy. The thing that Sonny is doing now, which he never did before, is making that diagonal run, or drifting inside to curve his run in behind the defensive line.

I remember a few times it being mentioned on here that he should do it more and it appears Mourinho was thinking the same. His pace, touch and finishing make him works class, it just needed that clever Mou brain to add the final bit which was the right movement. Keep it up Sonny!

While I think the media and rival fans are starting to wake up to it, I still think people grossly underestimate how good Son is.

I think he’s in the top 10-15 players in the world right now. I really do. He’s an incredible player.

I have noticed a few times lately that when Spurs force a turnover in the defensive area, the announcers will tell us immediately if Son is breaking. We're all looking for it.

He’s on his way to becoming my favourite Spurs player, maybe ever.

He’s so exciting to watch and just so wholesome.

Really hope he signs a new contract and stays for ever.

Kane doesn't even need to look for it.

Son has become a literal personification of "he scores when he wants." I've always taken a shine to him since the moment we signed him (that smile! he always seemed so happy to just be playing the game he loves), but he's elevated his game so much since he's been here. One of the best in the World now.
