Given our ‘financial’ constraints what would you rather have?

Fernandes - assists and goals BUT only played in a piss poor league and would cost minimum £60m.

or,

Bergwijn - rapid, skilful wide forward and Piatek, a fox in the box who knows where the goal is for a combined £60m.

I’d go for the latter, 2 positions strengthened and allowing Ndombele and Lo Celso to both be utilised in a their best positions.

Bergwijn. Fernandes gets a bit redundant with the likes of Lo Celso and Ndombele. If we are in for Eze, that's just more bloat. Bergwijn brings more youth and pace out wide and I think he could very quickly supplant Moura on the right once we (hopefully) sign a real center forward.

Third option, we get him, and don't have the funds for Piatek, and still have to continue with Lucas up top

Apparently he's played upfront for PSV in the last few games, surely we don't see him as our striker solution, will just be another Lucas

I can see us getting both as we’re back in the top 4 race and we’ve 2 massive games coming up against Leipzig which at the moment are heavily weighted in favour of Leipzig.

I don't think Bergwijn has anything to do with Piatek. Bergwijn may cost somewhere between 30-40m. Piatek is rumored to be around 27m. The bigger issue is that Bergwijn would come at the expense of being able to get a DM, which you could argue is the 2nd-biggest need for this side.
