He looked like he was running backwards trying to keep up with play at points on Saturday. Clearing mega talented but needs to seriously up his work rate.
Agreed. Has a huge fitness cloud hanging over him that could hamper what could be an amazing career. He isn't a natural athlete, hence it will be his professionalism and dedication/commitment that will make or break him. I read he has struggled with with weight throughout his career so it's something that this far he hasn't dealt with fully. I'm 100% behind him, but he needs to change something to fulfill his physical potential.

He'd better buck his ideas up and get into shape or he's going to be a very expensive mistake

Don't think anyone can blame Jose for that one, not starting him. Would have had to sub him off at HT before he collapsed.

Needs to get into shape. Even Modric was shit when he first moved to Madrid because he was out of shape (and "won" the award for worst signing of the season in the entire league). Too bad we can't wait that long for him, alternatives aren't good enough.

He’s not exhausted he just has a languid style he looks the same even when he’s walking pre match.

He's like Moura, looks perma exhausted as soon as he's come on.

No doubt he's got talent just a shame he can't move like someone that doesn't have rickets...

It is interesting when you think two of the most talented players in the French League, Ndombélé and Pepe, are really struggling to make an impact in the EPL

Ndombele has made an impact, he just isn't fit.

Don't even put his name in the same sentence as that fraud again.

McTominay dominated the game until he came on. Speaks volumes both over his influence and how poor our midfield is that it can't compete with McTominay.

Really, tell me one EPL game he bossed the whole game? Not denying there’s a player in there but he’s not up to speed in the EPL at present

He hasn't bossed a whole match because he isn't fit like I said however he has had good matches and shown glimpses of being a very good player.

Pepe hasn't even scored in the Prem and for a forward who scored 24 goals last season and cost £70m that's what you call not making an impact.
