Both these posts are wrong.

Rose was adamant this was rubbish and no one ever came in for him. He said that a few days ago.

Walker was dropped because he wanted out not the other way around.
No, you are wrong.

Walker said he wanted to leave after the watford game, where didnt start. He also hadnt started the week before. Poch has rotated the fullback before and after Walker asked to leave, thats just a fact

I am gonna ride out with Poch. He has earned a season to rebuild

he hasn't, im not sure if i want him gone....and i go back and forth! .... but he hasn't EARNT a thing, had he won us a trophy i'd agree. but the guy is paid 8.5 million a season, and apart from a couple of great seasons (which nothing was won) and which he inherited a great core of players, he hasnt done anything to justify the unwavering support he has.

Walker misses two games including one against watford and he wants to leave ? That seems like a proportionate, reasonable response....

This reply thread between Gards and JJ is relatively eye opening. Gards states that in direct response to the above
G: Unfortunately mate I’m hearing differently

JJ: We would be naive to not think that every scenario has been discussed at length within the club & within the club there are obvious different personalities & factions like any business. So many people currently talking about stuff & unless u are there it’s hard to validate truth!

G: Absolutely correct mate, Just not the noises I want to be hearing from reliable people from within the club. Not sure this ends well

JJ: Look I agree & can see both sides but believe we would be much better off with MP staying but can totally understand the fans displeasure at performances & results. I also don’t see someone else coming in & changing things with immediate positive effect after an initial good run

G: I’m with you on this, I think it would be a huge mistake to part ways, im@a huge fan of Poch and the whole club needs to sort themselves out. Players, heirachy etc. Poch warmed of this and needs support and backing during his toughest period as manager. I can’t see it though

JJ: He needs to be less set in his ways too !

G: ?he also needs to not alienate players and think that previous decisions work with this current crop because it doesn’t and is becoming boring and predictable

JJ: Totally agree !

this for me is the nail in the coffin, if he is alienating senior players then he can't come back from it, especially IF it is harry, like some believe.

Purely and simply because people are now betting on him due to the newspaper stories. That’s how odds work...
As you're obviously clued up with the betting game, you'll know bookies are rarely wrong.

My timeline was full of rumours that he's gone last night - and Gard's posted this

So we have people who are
Pro Poch Anti Levy (Gards)
Anti Poch Anti Levy (@scat1620 )
Anti Poch Pro Levy (@BringBack_leGin ?)
Pro Poch Pro Levy (me?)

Massively divided fan base which I think we could all do with taking a step back from and realise this is a difficult period and there are lots of strong opinions but no obvious solution ...

You forgot:
Pro Redknapp Anti Levy
Pro Redknapp Pro Levy

Small in number but fierce in their dedication to the man who famously married a striker called Sandra and is mentored in literacy by the family hound, this esoteric group dream of the day we rise once more under the ethos of the 442, fuelled by the tactical creed: “Just run about a bit.”

so were his first couple of seasons with the chavs, didnt he hold the record goals scored and points until city broke it couple seasons back?
He basically does what he has to win matches with the tools available to him. No one better.

For me these are the facts. Has Pochettino been backed like Pep so he could cakewalk the league obviously not. Did he have a squad good enough to win the league in 2 seasons ? Yes imo and a “great “manager would probably have got us over the line. Has he had a squad good enough to win “something” in 6 years definitely yes. You can pretty much say every manager in the league should be backed more apart from pep. Ultimately he’s net spent more than Klopp and not reached the heights Klopp did. To also mention Pochettino was given 8 players of the 16/17 team when he arrived. Klopp rebuilt a whole team. Pochettino basically took us from a 4/5th team to a 3/4th team and now 14th. He did a good job not great. A great manager would have got us over the line. Our expectations have become so low we think improving a couple of league places equates to a great Spurs manager.

You got some statistical evidence to back that up?

That gards tweet is a real load of bollocks.

Levy/ENIC can simultaneously have improved the club/team overall and at the same time not won trophies. There is no guarantee that a new owner would be better, and i am sure one will come eventually and we will get to see.

Should we have won trophies under Levy's tenure? Yes, we have had numerous opportunities and they (Levy/ENIC) have fucked up royally on a few occasions, not dispute there! We had a chance of winning the league 2 years in a row, but i am not sure buying a player or two those two seasons would have been the difference maker considering the crumbles end of season and those were under the control of the manager and players.

I like Poch a lot, and i would like to see him come through this period and for us as club to try and support him through that, if, and its a big if he has the desire to do that, i think if he could, we would be better for it. Unfortunately that's not always how the world works
