Measurements like that are crazy.They can be funny though.I love it when a player takes a corner,they all place the ball as far outside the corner arc just having it touching the line by the minutest of margins.It makes so much difference in the distance they can kick the ball?

Why? It's far easier to state it has to be on the line. What difference does an inch make? (get your minds out of the gutter) Just makes it harder to decide.
