And sue who, himself ?
The club is one of 20 equal shareholders who would make a binding vote, there is nobody for him to sue.

People just say sue, sue, sue, as if it is the answer to everything, without thinking
You're talking about changing the rules mid-season purely to allow the allocation of prizes - I don't see how you could do that, and I don't see that the Premier League would vote to agree that either - I'm not sure what majority would be needed, but I suspect Arsenal, Spurs and the three bottom clubs would vote against, plus some of the mid-table teams might not be totally against either.
If there isn't agreement, then default must be to void (assuming we can't complete).

Obviously, this is 100% my opinion, so it will be interesting to see how it plays out.

One option on the table in France which hasn't been talked about much yet is to take the standings from the 19 game mark, when everybody had played each other once. If applied to the Premier League (and assuming that City's ban holds and the FA Cup also cannot reach a conclusion), that would mean:

Liverpool are Champions, and qualify for the UEFA Champions League alongside Leicester City, Chelsea and the Wolverhampton Wanderers
Tottenham Hotspur and Sheffield United qualify for the UEFA Europa League Group Stage, with Manchester United receiving a place in the Second Qualifying Round
Aston Villa, Watford and Norwich are relegated to the Sky Bet Championship

Another on the table is to roll back to the last completed round of matches - in England, this would be Round 28 and would mean:

Liverpool are Champions, and qualify for the UEFA Champions League alongside Leicester City, Chelsea and Manchester United
The Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sheffield United qualify for the UEFA Europa League Group Stage, with Tottenham Hotspur receiving a place in the Second Qualifying Round
AFC Bournemouth, Norwich City and Aston Villa are relegated to the Sky Bet Championship
All well and good but remember this scenario is only if City's European ban stands, which it may well not do.

Yep. If it doesn't then you can just bump the last teams down a place i.e. in that first scenario Wolves down to Europa, Sheffield United down to Europa qualifying, and Manchester United out of Europe.

No, this is about the TV contract, nothing to do with Liverpool being so far ahead (they could easily be declared champions if that was a concern)
100%. Nobody can afford to be so biased as to press on just to give Liverpool the title, it's all and entirely about fulfilling the TV contract because the financial implications if they don't are immense

Voiding a season is an option (although personally I feel they would deem declaring Liverpool champions and take standings on a points per game as more realistic), but whether season is void or not, teams are relegated or not, that makes zero difference to who would be in next seasons European competition. It would be based on the games already played this season (either current standings, points per game, adjusted points per game to take home and away into account, or situation after every team had played each other once), not reverted back to last season, that is guaranteed, and the only solution UEFA would allow for entry into their competitions.

Havent the dutch awarded european places on this seasons table. We should do the same.

How much are clubs going to lose if its null and void?

Null and void, or declaring season over now and keeping positions is irrelevant to the financials, it is if we don't complete season, it would cost around £750m to the PL clubs, based on what was presented to clubs at last PL meeting, purely for the TV portion

We don't know PL figures for sure but the president of La Liga has given us a ballpark figure based on what the Spanish clubs will lose. The PL figure is likely to be higher.

Season voided - €1bn loss across the 20 clubs
Season restarted and finished behind closed doors - €300m loss
Season restarted and finished with spectators - €100m loss

Yes they have, as have the Scottish and Belgians, and are the only options the French teams are voting on. (it is just how you resolve the situation with teams not all having played the same amount of games that is what leagues are deciding for themselves)

That is what we would have to do, we have a few options, but reverting back to last seasons positions, or taking coefficients are not any of those options open to us. No option that would be available to the clubs would see Tottenham in next seasons champions league.

The ONLY way for us to be in the Champions League next season, is for season to continue to natural conclusion and us to earn it on the pitch, and for now that means finishing Top 4, as we cannot assume that Man City's appeal will have been both heard and upheld by beginning of September (a case that was at CAS against Beckenbauer got thrown out today because of time limits expired due to delays caused by Coronavirus)

Less than they would've got a few years ago, La Liga restructured how they divide up TV money quite recently. Obviously I don't have exact figures to hand and they still get a chunk more than other clubs but not like 80% any more.

Also worth noting that there is no way anyu club will get insurance to cover the asset value of their playing staff if the season restarts - would they be prepared to risk the potential loss if a player died? I can't see the FA being willing or able to cover that either.

How can we play anytime this year then if we wont have a vaccine until next year.

Players are already insured.
If government says conditions are OK to resume playing, players and clubs are covered.

Sorry Herc, but that is just total bollocks, and what you want to believe, rather than what will be the case.
What you are saying has 0% chance of happening, neither the Premier Clubs would vote for it, and UEFA wouldn't accept it either.
We will not be in the Champions League next season, unless season restarts and we earn it on the pitch.

What happens in respect of declaring a champion/ promotion and relegation is in the PL/EFL hands, earning a spot in European competition has to be earned based on sporting merit from THIS season.

"Uefa urges National Associations and Leagues to explore all possible options to play all top domestic competitions giving access to Uefa club competitions to their natural conclusion," Uefa said in a statement.

It is only urging clubs to follow this - If the Premier League decided to null and void the season and revert back to last seasons placings / or use coeffeicient - UEFA will look at the proposal - Do you believe UEFA would want potentially Wolves / Leicester in their premier competion - when they already try and protect the big boys - when they could have potentialy Man Utd, ourselves / Arsenal.

My own personal view is if you void the season, then it didnt happen - so that would revert to last seasons positions - again this is unfair on a lot of teams however using placings as it is is also unfair given that teams may have easier run ins as others.

There should be no CL or EL next season.i simply cannot even fathom how UEFA have not come to that conclusion other than utter greed. How can they possibly justify European travel for football matches from august through till next may to for the finals, it's crazy at this stage.by canceling European club fixtures for next season it immediately gives every domestic league the option of voiding this season and starting afresh in September with domestic travel only to manage for the season.

Yes UEFA want to finish the seasons.
But from there you have just gone to opinion and best case scenario for yourself/Spurs, and against what UEFA have explicitly said for entry into their competition.

You Conveniently forgot that they said they will only accept entries based on sporting merit from this season, what is deemed sporting merit is open to interpretation by the relevant leagues, but is to be based on this seasons performances, and that UEFA have the right to refuse entry to any club where the teams selected is not deemed to be fairly selected based on that sporting merit .
