NDombele on for Toby

Winks into holding role Infront of back 4

I think NDombele on the ball can boss that midfield and push Dele, Lucas and Lamela further up the pitch.

Just need winks to do the dirty work for him

Feel bad for thinking it, but the worse we end this season the easier it will be to have a clear out.

Fuck I miss Kane holding up the ball... I miss Son taking on players without getting tackled and shoot accurately with power that Sculaci will not save..

This is a serious comment! - does anyone forward these comments to Mourinho/ Levy?
Levy only cares about $ he’ll try to get us back in CL as that is the height of his ambition to keep the money rolling in, keep the stadium full and people buying their craft beers and pies, we simply need owners that want to win.
First 10 minutes where good. We are playing with some urgency wich is what has been lacking. It is hard to coach individual errors out of players. Hopefully we dont leak in more goals and score in second half.
Thought we looked good up to the coin toss

If Mou is telling the truth about winning silverware with thfc then I think he might die from stress before it happens tbh

Unfortunately I don’t think tananga is up to it. Not his fault he’s been thrown in this season.

He looked decent against Liverpool when we had to soak up pressure all game and has also done well at times playing as a full back. However, his positional awareness, the ease at which players turn him inside out and despite his strength, his lack of physicality in a challenge is extremely worrisome.

I'll expand more in another thread but I was speaking to the PSG fitness coach today about our demise and I'm 100% certain that a good number of these players are done in.
Will Make for interesting reading

I was watching inter the other day and eriksen looks shot. I honestly though the would smash Italy owing to the slower pace but my god he looked off the pace.

definitely a fitness/broken issue at the club

We've no one in mid-field closing down Winks absolute poor.

Lloris should have saved both goals & Aurier & Tanganga have been poor! Tang should be attacking the ball for the 2nd goal instead he's just standing there watching! Apart from Dele absolutely nothing up front!

MU laughing their heads off about Sun.

It’s ok I’ve been reassured by people the football will be mind numbing but we’ll win trophies ?

Is the fact that we are being overrun and have no control in midfield due to playing 5 defenders Ndombeles fault again..?

?

Its his fault he wasnt picked. You would imagine that our club record signing wasnt bought to sit on the bench in a vital champions league match, but instead he is so unfit and disinterested he doesnt get picked.

So yes, I guess? He should literally be our control in midfield.

I wouldn't put this on the young players like Sess and Tanganga. These guys are looking for examples from the senior players. Young players need confidence to progress and I can't see that from the senior players far less the young ones
